Q. What is “private Xray / VLESS VPN”?
A.

“Private Xray/VLESS” usually means a personal proxy/tunnel that you run yourself on a VPS using the Xray software and the VLESS protocol.

It is not a commercial VPN subscription. In most cases it means a dedicated node used only by you (or a small private group).

  • Xray — the proxy engine software installed on the server
  • VLESS — the protocol used by Xray clients to connect
  • Private — your own server node, not a shared public VPN service
Q. Do you sell a managed Xray/VLESS VPN service?

No. Ironserver provides server rental (VPS / dedicated servers / DNS). We do not provide managed Xray/VLESS accounts, connection strings (vless://...), or VPN credentials as a product.

If you need a private Xray/VLESS node, you rent a server and install/configure the software yourself with root access.

Q. Can I install Xray / VLESS on my server?
A.

Yes. With root access you may install software such as Xray on your server.

Use must remain lawful and within our Acceptable Use Policy. Large-scale shared VPN resale, illegal activity, spam, and attack traffic are not allowed.

Q. What about One-Click VPN (OpenVPN / WireGuard)?
A.

Our One-Click VPN feature refers to OpenVPN and WireGuard helpers where available — not Xray/VLESS.

Xray/VLESS is a separate, customer-managed setup on your own server.

Q. Will you give me VLESS UUID / REALITY keys / a connection link?
A.

No. Those credentials are created by whoever installs and configures Xray on the server (normally you). Ironserver does not issue Xray/VLESS connection details.

Q. How do payments work?
A.

We accept Bitcoin and USDT. After you place an order, complete payment within the stated window so the service can activate.

Q. How do I contact support?
