Acceptable Use

Prohibited activity

Do not use Ironserver services for malware, phishing, credential theft, unauthorized access, spam, scams, copyright infringement, attacks against third parties, cryptocurrency mining without written approval, or activity that disrupts networks or services.

Security and abuse

Keep software patched, protect credentials and private keys, and investigate abuse reports promptly. We may suspend or limit a service when necessary to protect customers, the network, or third parties.

Legal compliance

You are responsible for the content and traffic originating from your service and for complying with applicable laws, regulations, and provider requirements in your location.

Reporting abuse

Report suspected abuse or security issues through the support form with enough context to investigate. Never include passwords, API keys, or private keys.

Enforcement

Depending on severity, enforcement may include warning, traffic limitation, suspension, termination, or referral to the appropriate authority. Emergency action may be taken without prior notice when required to prevent harm.
